Brought cake Belgium mud cake for xmas party 2018. Very disappointing. Looks like made cakes in bulk a day or two before for xmas. Cake was very stale and dry inside. Could not serve it to guests. Called on boxing day to return cake. All chefs and manager of the store doing discussions. Cutting cake and explaining. Ridiculous. Then one chef said will give 50 percent refund and then manager said no refund and went on...We had that cake before not first time. Giving explanations and what not. We want refund as not ready to pay for stale cakes. Will be taking it to consumer affairs. Waste of time. Zero customer service. My family and us will not get anymore cakes from there. Disgusted and will chase my refund at any cost as not ready to pay for unsatisfactory product. And by the way, my husband is italian pastry chef , so dont try to expain him the cake....ridiculous way of handling customers.

Picked up a cake for dads birthday and honestly must say im disappointed in the cake presentation. Strawberries looked like it was just thrown on and the writing looked like it had been done by a 2yr old or worse. Thanks cheesecake shop definitely going elsewhere for the next cake occasion.
Bad service cake went off even though it had best before the 24 we eat on the 22 of August rang up rude manager and stuff. Took to Caroline springs manager there said it was poor conditions.
