John's knowledge and customer service is great. He's not pushy and prices are very reasonable. Hist shop has also a very good selection of products. I would recommend him to anyone.
I have had all my bikes serviced with John for almost 10 years now and even though I don't live near there anymore, still take my bikes to John in preference to going somewhere local. He is reliable, gets things done quickly, does a good job and always provides good advice, all at reasonable prices. He also has the best accessories, like properly powerful lights, light weight racks, stands, etc. He also has heaps of experience and is a keen cyclist himself. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
