EDIT 21/08/18:I guess they turned over their staff again (volunteers so I get it), not really sure what training is put in place but I'd recommend coming here for giving your charity and appreciating the fact that you'll probably need to wait an unusually long amount of time for simple things to be done.The food is OK once you finally get it.Save your visit for a weekend where you have nothing planned.EDIT 08/05/18:Definitely feel like things have improved massively after my feedback.Well done! The place is genuinely wonderful and worth checking out.The staff are now well trained.Wonderful people, bubbly and warm atmosphere and you feel welcome.Great selection of food that is cooked in house.EDIT 20/03/18:After speaking with them the feedback seems to have been taken on board and things have improved.EDIT 16/03/18:I consider myself an extremely patient person and I know this is a charity with volunteers running the cafe and what not however over the past few months the quality of service at the front has dropped dramatically.The staff need to be trained properly and systems need to be improved because I can count nearly an entire hour of my life being wasted now waiting on your staff and systems to get sorted so I can buy a simple pie or drink and go.A minute transaction at most should't take three people and five to ten minutes to complete!Hence my reduction in rating now.Lift your game!(was) Friendly staff and wonderfull food. Nice. :)

I Love, this new cafe. Cheapest & yummiest homemade goodies. Knowing you're money goes to help our community and others, is a bonus. Nice to help out a cafe, that gives SO MUCH away. Beside's being a free cafe out back on a Wednesday.
