Service wasnt that great. I was made to wait 5mins before having my order taken. And I was the only one waiting to order at front counter. There were 4 staff members running orders for drivethru including the mccafe staff. I would've ordered at the self order kiosk if I'd known it was gonna take that long. Food arrived fresh and quickly though which is always good. My family and I sat over looking the play area so we could watch the kids have a play. EVERYTHING was dirty. Table, chairs, floor and playground. The highchair was even worse! I would perhaps stick to drive thru next time... if there's a next time.
Didn't get my order right, luckily I checked it before driving out of the car park or I could have been Kms away before I realized it. And my partner paid for an extra piece of cheese on a fillet of fish as they only come with a half piece normally and they gave her the full piece she paid extra for but not the original piece that is in the burger as standard. Rip off.
The latenight/overnight manager and staff are by far the nicest and happiest people I have been served by. I work 12 hour days so when i come by at 2-3am and ask for something they get it for me with a smile and if anything is wrong at all they help me out. Absolute champions. 10/10 recommended
If only the quality of the burgers came a little close to the pictures and included all ingredients, that would be a good start. Not to mention the constant order mishaps. And whats with the no napkins.Need a better managed team.Five last visits and always something wrong.Lucky for them, when they do get it right it tastes dam good!
