Fantastic experience with this organisation. I met Chris and asked for a quote for my car with two small incidents.... both Chris and Tina were very happy and welcoming and then Chris completed the repairs on the spot and within a very short time. This was my first time using Melton Smash Repairs and whilst I hope to not have another accident these guys will be my first and only port of call for repairs. AMAZING SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!!! These guys were recommended to me yesterday.. I had my daughters 4WD which someone had scratched in a car park, i was so worried.. The scratch was not deep but it went along both the driver and passenger doors.. I went here, Chris the owner, listened to my concern, came out immediately and looked at the car, and said he could fix it there and then !!! I could not believe it, anyway he went to his workshop and got the things he needed, and bingo, he buffed the scratch out, made sure he had done a perfect job and done !!! He was so friendly and easy going, CANNOT RECOMMEND HIM ENOUGH !!!!! Service like this is a rarity these days, thank you Chris, I will be telling everyone !!! So do yourselves a favour, if your car needs to be fixed, go and see this guy, you won't be sorry !!!! ONE VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER :)
Have had heaps of work done and absolutely wraped with it... they have absolutely transformed my car thanks boys
They were nice enough. But I waited two weeks for a simple door window repair which would have been fair enough if I wasn't promised completion day after day and lied to when parts weren't even attained. I had to source my own parts and even then the job was awful with a window mal aligned and inner door wobbling. I also asked for a machine cut of my bonnet which made no difference. You just got to do it yourself these days. ... maybe if you're looking at a big job they're ok . But for small ones forget about them.
