Wife needed a wisdom tooth taken out which the dentist snapped (FAIL). Tried another hour and a half to take the rest out, (FAIL) told us to go to the oral surgeon the next day in the city. The oral surgeon took 10 minutes to take the rest out and said he shouldn't have tried to take it out in the first place.Went in today ( 2months after) to tell them that there could be nerve damage, they said to come in it'll be free. They tried to give us a bill of $157?? (FAIL)THANKS FOR NOTHING!
Had a tooth extracted needed stitches $345 tooth infected now rang for a script for antibiotics was told to wait for an appointment on Thursday and today is Tuesday extraction was on Sunday. I asked why a script was not provided for antibiotics with the Panadeine forte script smart arse Nicole says they only give a script when the tooth is infected!!!! chance of infection from stitches in your mouth is pretty high but I am expected to pay for a consult and take time off work to attend another appointment. Off to the bulk billing Dr's tonight for antibiotics. Poorest service ever from Nicole the receptionist Have just moved here and my wife needs $6000 worth of crowns won't be ever going here overpriced and no aftercare .By the way Nicole you are not a dentist!!!!!
I can not speak more highly of the service at Pacific Smile Melton, have had a lot of issues with my teeth and have found them to provide outstanding customer service . Especially Dr Vidya Pulla, have recommended to other people as well to make an appointment.
Quality of work is very poor. Work they suggest is not always necessary and just to make extra money.
Excellent dentist but like all good dentists in Australia they are expensive. The dentist was very proffessional and took the time to explain everything. Hardly felt the extractions I had. The hygienist was friendly and proffessional as was the reception staff. Follow up call the next day to see how I was healing was unexpected and appreciated.
