Ive been to a lot of gyms in my time and this one is far by my favourite! The staff are so welcoming from day one!Elle, Trey and Zach especially! Excuse me if Ive spelt their names wrong,Have been welcoming and made me feel like this gym is my second home. Always look forward to chatting to the friendly staff.This gym has such a good setup, everything you need and great size ladies gym too! Isnt full of meatheads I feel comfortable working out with the boys at ease! Even at busy times, it never really feels extremely busy compared to other gyms Ive been to, struggling to find equipment Its very affordable I deffinatly rate it! Thanks Melton derrimut!

Decent place, has adiquite facilities. Female only gym which is nice, lacks some equipment in it but still good. Would enjoy the addition of a self defence class. Casual visits are $10, not to bad, was $5 at one point.
Great facilities, helpful staff great atmosphere makes this gym a motivating environment.
Have been to a few different gyms over the years this is easily the best one I've been to.Friendly staff pumping music good range of machines to use a good layout and its kept very clean! I can't fault this gym.
