Absolutely LOVE this clinic. Ok, so I have to wait a little beyond appointment times on occassion - I can clearly see why! All the GPs here really give their time and dont push you out. The staff at the desk are awesome (especially if they dont think youre listening to their singing!) and the Drs are great. I feel better just sitting in the waiting room waiting my turn! I feel like a patient here. Not just a number like so many clinics around here.
I dont know why they even ask you to make an appointment when it takes the doctor almost 1 hours to call you in. This wasthe third time I waited this long. Today was my last appointment at the clinic never going back again.
The last two visits I have waited over an hour for my appointment, the first time reception hadn't marked me as present despite approaching the desk twice. The second time the doctor was 30mins late off lunch then marked me as seen despite the fact I had not been. I didn't mind my doctor but these wait times are impractical.
After being profoundly unsatisfied with 3 visits to another clinic I made an appointment at Bakery Square, the appointment as a little late (30minutes) but the Dr was excellent. Very thorough, asked plenty of pointed questions and offered detailed responses. He also made me feel at ease about an ongoing issue and offered a treatment path, expected outcome and likely time-frame.After the previous experiences at a different clinic, this will be my regular destination now. I'm genuinely surprised and pleased at how well my visit went.Minus 1 star for the wait, but I expect that is not unusual when you get a detailed and personal approach from the medical staff
Five Star Service, Five Star Doctors. I've been coming to this clinic for the last 3 years and I can honestly say these doctors are amazing. They've helped me through some rough times and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The overall feel of the place is fun and energetic and the crew at reception are always willing to have a joke or dance with me when I come in. They do really listen, care and treat. Thank you guys!
