Initial consult sounded promising. Friendly staff. Waited over 5 weeks for the next step. Heard nothing back. Sent 3 emails looking for a progress update. Didnt get a reply. Final phone call i rang and told them to cancel my claim so i can go to another law firm. They didn't seem bothered. Would have been easier just to tell me they couldnt help me instead of dragging it out for 6 weeks without contact and never returning calls or emails. Waste of time.
