I did my driving test and I thank to my tester Phillip, he was very helpful,accommodating and has positive vibes as he smiles every time he talks which really helped my nerves to chill. He pressured me a lil bit but at the same time he tells me that "it's okay and take a deep breath" so I wasn't too nervous with him than I was with Ana few days ago(I totally lost my presence of mind from the very beginning with her I knw it's not her fault )so much better performing the test when you're not too nervous it's why I passed!

Attended Vic Road Melton today. They made a mistake when registering my caravan some two years ago which I only found out about a week ago when it was in for service. Counter three. Young chap was in my view quite rude. Was not willing to offer solutions. Just you will have to book it in and have it looked at at an inspection centre. Asked him why? Smugly stated "We are not an inspection Centre so how would I know. That's the Rules". I would have ring up for appointment. After bothering a person on the phone at the call centre, was told, no need for an appointment, you can drop into the branch with the van and have it fixed. Very sorry and all the right platitudes. I employ 24 people in my company. This sophomoric small man would never get a job in real enterprise. In the past the team at Melton have been grand. What a pity this little person has change my whole view.
