Outstanding food & fabulous staff..
Poor quality overall. Bland tasteless beef, flaccid chips. Beef is a pretty robust thing, why should it taste like it's been boiled for soup and then served as roast beef? You can do better at Cole's... And that is saying a lot.
Ridiculous customer service. Put in an order online only to have an sms and email saying that my order was cancelled. Called the business directly to tell them that I had an online order for delivery the next night and it was cancelled. The staff didn't ask my name or order number but said that they could see my order and initially didn't have a driver but could definitely do the delivery for Saturday and hung up. The next morning I called to confirm only to be told sorry the order could not be found and there was no delivery driver. Had I not called I would have been stupidly waiting with starving guests. Staff also asked me if I knew of anyone to do their deliveries! Disappointing and unprofessional.

Overpriced food considering it's Melton South.Guy running the shop seemed pissed off.Nothing to rave on about.I was still hungry after being ripped off $14 for a roast pork meal.
