Dont engage this company for you removals, worst company in Australia book for Monday nobody came no phone calls return back. Company should be sue by all the people. Dont promise people if you cant do the work .please dont use l&s removals.
They don't deserve ANY stars they were that bad. They confirmed 8 tonne truck but arrived with 4 tonne then tried to charge me for a second trip from Doncaster to Rosebud when it was their mistake. Broke a number of items cos dropped boxes and apparently '"the air blew off a heavy pottery lamp base from the tail gate". Trying to contact them for the insurance form they said they'd send and Telstra recording saying the mobile number has been disconnected. I just wish I'd read the reviews before booking. Not happy :(
Worst experience ever! They tried to hook you up with some fixed quote and when turned up (2 hours late) asked for higher rates and quoted longer hours. Did not even read your description before giving a quote. Could have given them 0 star if possible.
If I could give zero stars I would! Worst removalist Ive ever encountered. They move at a glacial pace and are not at all productive or efficient. We ended up getting a friend with a van to assist and ended up moving more than these guys did. Do not recommend at all. Terrible customer service and intimidation tactics when you dare to complain about there shoddy lack of service. The other ratings are more than likely family or friends of the business owners. Do yourself a favour and find someone else!!!
