Staff were very friendly and we're helpful until I realised that flight I had specifically requested due to back pain and was told was not available was actually available. Following multiple phone calls I was going to be charged a ridiculous amount to fix their mistake. Very disappointed with the outcome, I should have booked directly through Emirates and saved myself the extra time, money and frustration
Do not book with Flight Centre Melton. My family and I spent over $30,000 with this company for our trip of a lifetime. We received the red carpet service, that is until we paid. We had only one request of seating arrangements which would have been a very simple request if processed when we booked. We booked with the Manager of the Store who when we attempted several times to make sure he had processed our request was always sick, not available and NEVER returned calls. From a customer who generally only goes to Caroline Springs Flight Centre and never had a problem, I am very disappointed.
