Lovely staff. Only missed out on 5 stars because of the time it took to be served and the price... however all vets are expensive.

Dog presented with an ear infection. Was basically advised to have my dog sedated and medicated. Left with no medication, was basically charged for the previllage of having a vet try to sell me pet insurance.
Didnt take me through the ins ans its of what would happen once i got home with my pet after treatment. Suggested surgery was only option, got second opinion and was prescribed more antibiotics as surgery was not needed. Therefore a bit unhappy that i was misinformed considering the surgery was $1000 more than the antibiotics option.
