Very poor customer service.... not willing to help with an emergency repair!
Fantastic staff, got a flat tyre driving out to Melbourne and needed an immediate repair. They fixed it straight away even though it was closing time. Julius manager was so helpful. Great service!

We rung at 5:15pm on the Monday afternoon and the person that answered was so nice and understanding. We needed our car back on the road due to both working and having a very young child. He booked the car in and ordered the parts while I was on the phone to him. Car was fixed the following day and for the price quoted.
Staff were really friendly! Additional work was explained and cost estimates provided before proceeding. Car now running perfectly.
