The customer service which I received at forty winks Taylors Lakes was some of the best which I've experienced. Jerry the store manger was amazing, we spent up to nearly three hours choosing a king bed base and mattress and he was super knowledgeable and patient. A breath of fresh air really. Even with my 3 year old child running round like a headless chook. We ended up finding what we wanted and are couldn't be happier with our purchase. Jerry definitely made our experience a memorable one and I highly recommend visiting this store if your in need of a great bed!

Great service. Awesome price. Mimi, Matt (short for mattress...lol) and Jerry were all helpful. Would definitely shop there again.

The staff at Watergardens are very helpful and friendly. Jerry did a wonderful job to ensure we got the best deal on a new adjustable bed. Akeel went out of her way to make sure my mother was looked after and happy with her new bed. Appreciate all their help. Keep up the great work. Would happily recommend this store to anyone looking at a new bed or mattress.

Hmm. Walked in and walked straight out after the sales consultant spoke to us. Seemed nice, but after we honestly said we're just starting to look and not ready to buy she burnt us and said dont touch anything while you're looking around. I'm no people expert but I sell cars and the one thing I want is customer retention whether they buy today or in 6 months you still treat them like buyers. We bought a bed and mattress from a competitor 2 weeks later
