have been into the depot a few times ranging from full bedroom suite to a couple of tall boys always greeted with a smile n very helpful but best of all they aren't all over you like a cheap suit trying to flog off anything that moves which is a nice change

Received great service when purchasing our new lounge suite, kitchen table, tv unit & lamp table. The guys instore were very friendly and made the process really easy.We had the items all delivered and the delivery drivers were great, put items all in place for us and even assembled our table.Overall happy with the entire process.
Amazing, friendly service. Terry was very helpful, we walked in, he showed us what we needed. Awesome, sturdy, quality yet reasonably priced Australian made product. We purchased a bed base this time and he was able to show me the quality and thickness of the timber and then the sturdy, non slip covering on top to seal the base. When we have purchased bed based from elsewhere, (we forgot they were there!), they break because the slats are so flimsy and the thin timber running down the middle doesn't support much at all. We have purchased many items of furniture from them now, beds, table and chairs, lounge suites, dining suite, and have been completely satisfied with the lot. Well done on your top quality service and advice as well as your top quality products. We will definitely be back. Terry was so helpful I even found out where to get size 15 and 16 Mens shoes from! Terry is 6 foot 4 and so is our son! Sooo helpful...just over and above what you expect from staff... exceeding in service!
