what a rip off can go to chemist warehouse and pay 1/4 of the price for the exact same products. how can you justify having quadruple the price of the exact same product as another pharmacy what a joke
This chemist has repeatedly denied the request for urgent medical condition medication that is only ever been one day supply until seeing doctor, this medication is required to keep intracranial pressure low, which is life threatening and debilitating at best its a medication that isnt on authority script too which can be done but they chose not to every time.Thats why we have taken our scripts elsewhere who can deal with all the conditions.If I could give less than one star you would have one.
This chemist does not help with a temporary does of medicine when its important life needing medication if you accidentally runout of your medicine.Well theres better chemists in melton that do care.This is my opinion with what i was told

Absolutely disgusting customer service. So i rang back to let the manager know how employees were treating and speaking to customers, but the collegues refused to put me through to, or provide a number for myself to contact the manager. And without any acknowledgement of wrongdoing i find myself with no option, but let the rest of melton know to steer clear of this horrific excuse of a chemist.
