Yeah, just OK!!! Unfortunately the previous pharmacist whom left a couple of months ago, has been replaced with another one but she is not as helpful or friendly and charges incorrect pricing on my meds that get picked up fortnightly !!! Again with same medication for one script I have been charged $22 instead of $8.90 and I'm on a disability pension. Mind you this is not the first time, I really don't understand why this happens, twice for amoxycilin $8.70 although most people who have had this very common drug know the correct price for it but the actual pharmacist doesn't????!!!!!! I find that really strange that this can happen on two separate occasions for the same meds, come on how can you blunder on that?? Now with another med this is also the second time that I've been charged incorrectly being aware once again that I am on a pensison an additional $13 twice has been put on this medication not once when the other pharmacist is working did she ever charging correctly sorry but I just honestly don't get it she's surely she knows the basics of prices for a medication that's widely used how can you blunder that many times , is she doing this to everyone and pocketing next to money for herself something is definitely going on definitely this is impossible that I've been overcharged now four times in a matter of about a month ,so when you go there see what you reckon and I just want everyone to know that it's not a five minute visit your best to ring first if you've got your scripts there 5 pick up your meds because it can take sometimes an hour to an hour and a half when it's busy!!?? They also recently changed the name of store from chemartTo, Pharmacy for less, can you believe that, perhaps pharmacy for More would be moreAppropriate lol The girl's working there are nice and very helpful, I hopey review will be of some help, just be sure to check that you are being charged the right price!!! ;-)
Worst chemist in Victoria! The wait time is always over 15minutes which is ridiculous as there are always 2 chemists working. I waited 20min for my prescription to then be given the WRONG medication, had to then wait another 10minutes for the right medication.
I was there and I wanted to get two tablets I was asked to be wait more than 25 minutes and in the end I found out they did not have one of the tablet!
The staff are wonderful and endeavor to help you with their expertise and knowledge. Family friendly and professional.
