Pretty annoyed with Ollies customer service right now. We placed an order which was to be at our house by 6pm. I received a phone call at 6.15pm stating that "no one was present at the address". The driver had turned around and gone back to the shop.I was then told I entered my address incorrectly online, which I triple checked and know I put the correct address. The store then offered to redeliver my order for another fee, why would I pay another fee when the driver could have called me when they were supposively at the wrong address and have the issue rectified then and there. Food is always great, customer service definitely doesn't match.
Last four times Ollies has been terrible quality is down. Chicken tastes old and stale always cold even eating two minutes after you get it! The fillets are small barely cover the burger. There is so little sauce used I have to use my own at home, and the chips are always burnt which is likely from old oil. They are also never salted/seasoned. What happened to this place?? Also an extra $1 fee to order online? Are you joking I would think Im saving you time by not calling cause Im always put on hold for 5 minutes and made to repeat myself so many times. They also take your card details over the phone whos to say they are getting rid of them securely later. Doubt it
Better value than KFC. Product seems fresher. Added bonus - not a multinational.
Microwaved food , longer than usual waiting times for a fast food outlet. Boring outdated seating. Needs to be refurbished. Cannot personalise another of food items as the food is prepared offsite then warmed up at the venue.
One of my favourite restaurants in Melton. Their chips are the best, including their chicken. Better than KFC's in my own opinion. It's quite a small restaurant but they serve you quick!
