I really enjoyed the meal and. the service was great.

I am furious, previously before this incident, I made a phone order one day for pick up got home with the food and ended up finding a piece of metal (wire from the cleaning brush they use for the wok) took it back showed them and the owner trying to justify why it was in there in the end I received a voucher for the price of my meal, which in this case my family of 6 entered in the venue and owner looked at us and very rudely said sit outside I can't sit all of you when clearly there was two 6 people tables free and wasn't willing to seat us there, last time I'm ever setting foot in there again RUDE B***H I truly believe that she looks down on Melton people.
I have eaten here many times and really enjoyed it however tonight I found a hair in my meal. The manager came over and told me that it must be my hair. Since I have just been through chemo and have no hair I know for a fact! That this was not my hair! If she had just apologised and said she would give me a refund, I would not be writing this review. But she was absolutely certain that it did not come from her restaurant. So now you all know not to eat here or you will indeed end up eating some randoms hair. Heres a tip, wear hair nets!! Gross. Avoid avoid avoid!
Ordered online and by the time I arrived to pick it up (a few minutes earlier than the timing said it would be done) they had already finished cooking the food! They also gave a bag of prawn crackers which was a wonderful surprise to have in conjunction with our dinner! Food was delicious, well considered to meet at a Chinese and Malaysian cuisine standard. Staff were also very sweet and kind! 100% would recommend coming here to eat if you want to eat something asian oriented but don't know much about what to get or what is good.
