Got this unit zpf2320tp Electrolux. Only to get home and find it online, albeit on special via catch of the day, for $140 less than what I paid. The sign over the top of the vacuum cleaner was $399, which is fantasy land. Naturally only there to make most customers feel like they're getting a discount, when really it's still way over priced. I was in buying mode, so fell for it. A Miele I saw online, on their own website was $219, but in store the sign said $339 or something. When I showed him, he said without looking, they had none in stock. I'm happy with the vac, but feel duped by the salesman. Only myself to blame.Find what you want, then do your research fully.Edit: Good guys for $100 cheaper.
Do not get your vacuum repaired @ Melton Godfreys.Customer service is terrible and repairs are second rate!On two consecutive occassions, a broken part on my vacuum was replaced by a shabby looking second hand equivalent - first replacement had a hole in it and didn't work so I took it back. Never told me they would use second hand 'shabby' parts and when I requested my original I was told they would look for it and contact me.....still waiting. Very poor service.
Why is it that when I go in here people are always trying to sell me something I don't want. I went in on the 24/06/18 and knew exactly what I wanted only to be side tracked again. I chose a vacuum that was $99 to something that was on special from $350 to $199. The guy wanted me to get something that's $999!! As soon as I said no for the 3rd time he walked away like a sook and wouldn't serve us. Disgusting behaviour.
Bought a Wertheim 7 series after having a Wertheim 4030 for 20 years. 350 air watts of power plus top of the range power brush. Talk about awesome deep cleaning
Bought vax steam cleaner very happy with product strong suction.
