Excellent shop
I visited the Telstra shop in Woodgrove today and received some wonderful customer service from Harry. His patience, knowledge and advice was very much appreciated. I walked out of the shop with my expectations having been exceeded. Thanks for all your help Harry
Disgraceful. Broken promises. upon signing a mobile contract was sent a bill in advance and discovered everything that female employee told me about my deal was BS! My phone was not sent on time and i even got a call from a employee there to tell me the phone was not arriving as it was out of stock and after all the stress calls it was not true. I was to PU the mobile at their store but somehow the phone was sent to home address instead by AUS POST. I then discovered I was to be charged extra on calls even to Telstra/Telstra mobiles, useless amount of G etc. I could not believe it. ALWAYS read before you sign any contract, especially with this store! contacted Telstra regarding this matter and finally got a better deal and their apology for That stores dishonesty. NEVER! and i repeat NEVER! go to this place. You will be disappointed.
they say you get $300 worth of accessories when you get a new phone, then I find out i have been getting charged $15 a month for the accessories the female manager was rude and unhelpful and said "I will back up my employees 100%" did not want to help or sort the problem out.. DO NOT GO HERE TO BUY YOUR PHONES OR ANYTHING ELSE!!! have to give a star rating, I GIVE THEM A BIG FAT ZERO STAR. Never ever going there again.. Will go to Werribee, least they care about what there customers have to say!
USELESS....got a new iphone was told I could pick out some accessories, (comes with phone deal, didn't need them but ok ) found an extra charge on my bill for accessories went and confronted the person who served me and was told that I was told that.....LIAR..... Then I was advised to update my internet so I said ok but I was happy with what I had. So he upgraded it from a nbn100 plan that I was on (to good a deal I think) down to nbn50 for the same price and to get back up to nbn100 they want to charge me another $30 a month ....DECEIVING LIAR.... If you need to go into a shop to get help with anything DON'T go to the Melton store because all you get is LIES even when you go back to try and sort it out all you get is "I would have said or no I wouldn't have said that" LIAR. Do your self a favor DON'T go to the Melton store all you get is LIED to or deceived.....
