I dont get why this place is called a salon. Its legit the worst place ever to get your nails done. Made a booking for 2 people and once we got there the lady which Im sure is the manger, is acting all frantic and confused and is running around making us feel uncomfortable talking in their language. Theyre not organised at all. They take too long to take off tips it was 45 mins, worst job ever. Cant stand the lady that just constantly looks angry and she is just rude. DONT EVER COME HERE
Worst customer service. Some workers there are very nice, but I couldnt stand looking at the girl frowning and looking angry all the time. When we got there, felt like she was trying to make a scene being bossy and giving attitude, made us feel very unwanted. Went ahead anyway, pedicure was rushed and it took almost 45 minutes just to take off sns nails and she did the worst job ever! Do not waste your money here! I came here to relax and pamper myself, but I just felt stressed and really annoyed. Never again.
Do NOT get your eyelash extensions done here. Not only were they highly unprofessional, a 90$, 1.5 hour procedure yielded me chemical burns in both eyes. It was caused by the glue they used, which I was not warned about. Additionally, the entire procedure was painful to me, and when I showed visible discomfort and complained of pain I was only ignored. Once it was done I was told they looked great when in reality the lashes were sparse and uneven. I had to have the lashes removed the very next day because of the insane discomfort. Lash extensions are NOT supposed to hurt during the application process, the only time they should burn is straight after the procedure when you open your eyes again. Complete waste of money and time, and put my eyes at real risk.
Horrible place for eyelashes, caused immense pain with their stupid, shady practices. Don't go here
I try and always go here for my Brazilian wax, I always get the same lady to do it, shes both skilled and lovely. I have been to many other places and this is the best, highly recommend for waxing 5 stars for waxing. As for nails, I wouldnt go here again to get my nails done. They turn out ok, but theyre rough and would rather sit and talk to each other in their own Language then speak to the customers.
