The treatment received in this shop by the staff was amazing. Their knowledge of colour and treatment was amazing. I came away with onevofcthe best haircuts and colours I have had for a long time. Thank you ladies will be back.
Have been here 3 times for fixing horrible bleached hair colour done at another salon, the girls here are absolutely professional and their colour matching and fixing mistakes of other so called hairdressers, is second to none, also great value for money with each and every staff member working as a team, they are courteous, and ensure your comfort throughout. Highly recommend and will not go elsewhere!! thanks guys! my hair looks amazing!
I had gone previously and was happy, however my stylist left and I was given a senior stylist. The colour was visibly different on both sides and not at all what I asked for. I will never go back.
Foul place and undeveloped staff. I came here for the first time only because I knew the salon owner. I asked for my regrowth to be coloured and matched to my hair - very simple request! After washing off my hair my regrowth at the top was light brown and the rest of my hair was almost black! (I have medium brown hair) Obviously I wasn't happy. I asked for it to be fixed, and after burning my head at the basin twice (because apparently when someone uses the toilet or turns the tap on the water temp changes) I returned to my seat with the awful dark hair that I did not request. I then asked for a bouncy blowave - the girl started to curl my hair with the blow dryer?? I then said, I wanted it to be a bouncy blowave and I dont want curls. Then the owner came up to me in my chair with her hands holding both the arms of my chair while she was 3inches from my face and threatened me "do not speak to my staff this way, do you know who I am? we are staying overtime to fix this for you, watch your mouth... swearing involved, etc". Your staff are staying behind because they screwed up doing a simple regrowth! That is an obligation not a reward on my behalf to stay back! I am apsolutely disgusted and mortified. All because I wanted my regrowth done and they couldnt get the colour right, all because I wanted my hair blowaved and not curled, and they couldnt. Suddenly it's my fault because I wanted WHAT I AM PAYING FOR!!?? when I paid I spoke to the owner and apologised if I offended anyone but I just wanted what I came in for... it's very fair. I did not deserve to be threatened and swore at. Under so circumstance is a salon professional or anyone in customer service obliged to speak this way... UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE. When I left the owner Anita said, "dont let the door hit you on your way out". This is a salon who has no respect, this is a salon that should not be open, based on both their service and their expertise in hair. Fortunately, I have recorded the threat that I received and all the treatment I recieved and will be taking further action. Please think twice before going here.
