I dont usually write review, but I have to say this has been my worst experience at a nails salon. The lady who did my nails was really mean.( i can pinpoint who you are lady, i just dont want to ruin your job ) She hurted me constantly and had no intention to adjust her movements. When I pulled my fingers back due to natural bodys reaction , she kinda kept holding on my finger, kept her eyes down on my nails and waited ( its hard to describe the situation) but NO apology nothing. It was like she thought I was making it up that I was hurt ( oh finally she did say sorry. at the 4th time I said im hurt real loud) Ohh now the shapes of my nails are all different especially my thumb looked like a pigs nail . They are thick, big and all different from each other on one hand! I told her to fix it nicely even though I was really upset, i tried not to be rude , she did not want to listen, and I am sure she yapped about me to another staff member. Lady, I can understand Vietnamese.1 star is for the lady in shorts who seemed to be the owner since she didnt wear uniform and the girl who took the payment, they were friendly enough to make I feel welcome.
I would never recommend this place to anyone. They dine me SNS and didnt fill the colour on the top of my nails, on the side either. They were rude, and told me to get of my chair to stand up to finish my last coat of paint so they could fit someone else in. Refused a refund. It was a horrible experience. A waste of money

I am absolutely disgusted with the service received from this place! Workers are rude and insisted I pay cash...I won't be going back and would never recommend this place to anyone!!
