Terrible customer service. Went to drop car off for full clean. Waited out front while place is closed up. Called and banged on door. Guy finally comes out and says oh your late and he cant guarantee the car will be done today. Taking my business else where. Poor service and bad attitude.

Shame really , tried to explain a dirty car after a full wash , however the owner preferred to turn the blame back on me (the customer) in saying I was a nasty customer . Josh , I was pleasant on the phone with you and even agreed to come on the weekend to show u the damage , however in the end you hung up on me. Great doing business with you , oh wait my business with you just flew out the window and you just got away with the (come back Ill fix it) situation. Im wondering now why Imo Melton has such a high turnover in staff. You fellas need a customer training refresher. Im out
