They damaged my car (chrome trim ripped away corner rear boot). I noticed it straight away when retrieving the car. He said it was already like that. It was not. (Its a classic car that I love and know everything that is right and wrong with.) He then said he didnt want to argue and he would fix it as it was a small damage. He took my number, said he would call. I havent heard from him since. Not trustworthy. Avoid.

I came in on Sunday to get my car cleaned inside and out, they did an amazing job. I was driving in the city a few days later and a windscreen cleaner person threw dirty water on my car and scratched the back of my boot. I came past the Car Wash to see if they could help me get the scratch off. They were SO helpful. They tried buffing it and made it look a lot better.The best customer service at a Car Wash I have ever experienced.Very helpful and so friendly - highly recommend!!!!!
Sometimes they clean the car well, other times they dont. Their customer waiting facilities are great. But they need to focus more on actually cleaning the car properly. Twice Ive spent near $50 and they didnt even vacuum properly..Update: these guys just keep getting worse every time I go there. They always forget to put the mats back in and they miss spots all over the car when you pay extra for vinyl shine. I wont be coming back here again.
