What a waste of hard earned money.Took car to Watergardens to be washed inside and out. Was told they will text me when car is ready. Woman quoted my so called phone number. Corrected her as the mobile number she quoted was wrong. I left assured they will text me within the hour as promised when my car was ready.One and a half hours later, I make my way back. My car is sitting there. I ask the girl why no one text me that my car was ready. She assures me she text. That's right, she text the WRONG number....I go to my car. The seats are pushed all the way towards the dash. The dash is full of dust. I drive home and after getting out of my car, I see the outside is still dirty. THEY ONLY VACUUMED the inside. Did not get what I paid for. This company should be ashamed of themselves. Employing incompetent people. I will never go back there again. I will be telling all my friends and my spouse the same. This is robbery, charging people and not delivering what was paid and promised.
Firstly let me say the only reason I gave you one star was because I couldn't post my review without giving a star rating! There is nothing magic about this particular car wash. I had been once before and when I drove up into the daylight it was full of smears inside and out and was nowhere near the standard I normally receive from other Magic locations. I thought I would give them another try yesterday as everybody can have a bad day. We left my car at 12.30 and was told it would be ready by 3pm. As we had finished everything we had to do we decided to just go back down at 2.35 and wait. Hadn't even seen my car when the lady came walking towards me and said "I told you 3.15." Well hello to you too!! I responded with , "you said 3.00pm actually". I then saw my car and they had just started vacuuming it! There was no way it would have been ready for pick up at 3.00 anyway. I said just charge me for thevacuuming and not to worry about anything else. She then charged me $25 to do the worst vacuuming job ever!! If you are too busy to complete a job and do it properly don't take it on! Worst ever!
Got the car cleaned inside cost me $40. Got back and paid, jumped in the car and Windows were still dirty so I got them to clean it. Drove out the underground parking and half the dust Is still on the dash and cup holders etc are still dirty.
Paid extra for a detailed interior clean and it was shocking. Would rather clean it myself next time. I cant upload photos. So disappointed - wouldnt recommend never going back.
Just cant find you at the pin point you put on google map. I could see your sign in front of an underground carpark, but the entrance was blocked. Just cant reach you, too bad.
