Fantastic place
I bought my daughter and her two friends rings, earrings and necklaces each for their 21st birthdays. I went to collect them all but the earrings were not identicle to each other so the sales person was lovely and let me refund them. After giving the girls the gifts on their birthdays, one of the girls ring didnt fit so I went back to the store to see if I could get a bigger size. The salesperson seemed to write everything down and said she will ring me when it comes in. I rang them a few weeks later as I hadnt heard from them. All sales people knew nothing about the order I put through. They seemed to be more worried about getting the persons name (whom took the order in the first place), to blame them, than helping me resize the ring. So I then had to go into the store again to get a different sized ring. The guy took my order this time and said he would call me on Wednesday when it came in. Of course no one rang me so I went into the store again. Apparently they couldnt get the size I needed. I bought a different ring but because I didnt have the old ring with me, the guy said he can refund it for me on the following Friday. I went in a week and two days later and no one knew anything about it again. I had the receipt of when I bought the ring and I had to explain the whole story again to them about them not getting back to me and thats why its been a while. The lady then asks me for an enquiry number. (Why isnt the receipt enough?). All transactions were on my brevilles card! Why can they not make notes on the brevilles card or even just in store notes with my name etc and follow through with all enquirers? Anyway after all this stuffing around I had had enough and told them to just have the ring and walked out.
