I needed to change the size of a ring given to me for xmas, I was told dismissively, by the manager, that there was no stock. I suggested I could try another store, but was told that Pandora only allowed exchanges at the store it was purchased at. So I have been back every week checking to see if stock was in. I Seem to get the same rude manager each time. However today another young lass advise me to try another store nearby, which I did and was able to change the size with no problems, the girls in woodgrove were so friendly and helpful, ended up buying more jewellery.
Bracelet replaced within minutes and without any hassle
Came in today to exchange gifts that were the wrong size, now i didn't have the receipt but i have worked at pandora and know that we are able to give exchanges based on our judgement (if its in unworn resealable condition etc). I was rudely told that i couldnt and actually came back after searching up the policy which states " Any items for exchange without a receipt may, at our discretion, be exchanged at the current price. Additionally I also did speak to the 'manager', manager being in quotation marks because she was simply put obtuse. A proper manager or worker would suggest looking up the customers name and looking through their purchase history. Now if it wasn't for the attitude and the fact that the excuse changed twice (first it was our story policy changed recently then it became our store has never done it) I wouldn't even be writing this review. I went to the pandora store in Melbourne central (so had to take a 40 hour train out of my way) and was able to exchange it without incident, the ladies there were great! Especially a girl called Vesna. All in all would not recommend Pandora watergardens.
I'd probably give no stars to the staff in this store. How about you show some interest in your customers like the other Pandora stores. I agree on the rude staff mentioned in another review here.
Had an issue with birthstone earrings that were given to me as a gift, they were purchased at Fountain gate.The jewellery caused pain and actually bled when I took them off, which isn't good at all, I had not experienced this before.However today, the manager at this store authorized the exchange immediately, so that was appreciated.
