This jewller was extremely rude, unprofessional and continued coming up with excuses after excuse about why my custome ring wasn't ready.

My partner & I had a horrible experience with this jewller. We had a custome engagement ring made that turned out nothing like originally discussed, he forgot to make one wedding band and my partners wedding band was an absolute disaster too. He made the ring 4 sizes bigger, extremely thin and not at all the design we discussed.
