I have never given an organisation one star before. Poor communication skills from text messages, emails and phone calls. I now refer to them as Shocking Stuart. On average it would take them 7 to 10 business days for the Eynesbury agents to respond if they even bother to respond. It has been a complete disappointment attempting to work with them. We used to hold them in high regard as an organisation in Melton.
Do not give your property to Hocking Stuart Melton please, they mislead you and they won't handle your property with due care. I signed up my property with Joe, and as soon as I signed with him he disappeared for 5 weeks and left my property with inexperienced hands. I escalated to Julian (Director), he is super busy and he never responded to my email/phone calls. They couldn't bring single offer, completely different than their initial sales talk. Now I got big marketing bills. BIG NO
