I dont usually give ratings on anything but I am giving a big 5 stars to Melanie the receptionist at Reliance. Rain, hail or shine she has always greeted me with a big smile and the type of bright attitude you would hope to come in contact with when going into a business!

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had selling a house, after knocking on our door asking or saying they could sell our house for a price which blew us away, so our thoughts were ok lets sell, they were so confidendent they could sell this in 5 weeks, 7 months we are still waiting they bought though 3-4 people with no feed back whats so ever did not return any ph calls always going to get back to us which didnt happen either,only way to contact agent was to use another ph, made appointment to show to prospective buyer NO show NO ph call, so as far as we are concerned what a waste of our time and effort and would not recommend this agent .......house is off the market
