Our experience with YPA Melton was terrible. Word of advice do not lease out your property through them. Empty promises, and terrible communication on their end. We had Julie Hedley manage our property, and she made it quite clear that the tenants were more important to her. Ended up causing us so much stress. Never again would we go through YPA.
My wife and I have just purchased a property through Shane Spiteri at YPA Melton. There has been a lot of back and forth during the negotiations, however Shane has always kept us up to date and got back to us in a very timely manner. His communication throughout the entire process has been second to none and he's been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.
We lister our house for sale and had Vickie as our agent. She was an absolute treasure to deal with and made the entire process so easy and stress free for us.Our house sold in just over 3 weeks and we got exactly what Vickie quoted we would get for our sale. Vickie also went above and beyond to assist us to try to find our new home when looking to buy sending us addresses to look at and taking us for inspections at anytime we requested.We would have loved to have purchased through her also however the house we purchased was listed through another agency.We were very happy with all the service we received from all the staff at YPA
Karlie Kerr has been amazing through our stressful time of moving houses, we got approved by a house at Professionals Ryder Real Estate Agency under the impression we were approved for 1yr & then being told we can only have 6 months when going into their agency to sign the lease was just misleading & straight away we went to YPA Melton & Karlie helped us get approved for a rental house on the same day! Such awesome service & so glad YPA Melton came to the rescue! Thanks Karlie
listed my property for sale with them through Mark Edward, before giving exclusive Authority agent was very responsive. Advertised the property at a price range given by agent . 2 Month never heard from them again. i had to chase him up few times for an update. I even dropped the price below what they initially quoted me to sell the property, But never got a single offer through them. now i am suck with a Marketing fee . Just do your research and give it an agent who will keep you update what is happening with your property after you sign an exclusive with them.
